Shipping Policy

We offer the following options for Shipping to the UK. We apologise that we currently do not ship outside of the UK. 

 

Royal Mail Signed for Delivery (3-5 Business Days)

Orders up to £50 - £6.50

Orders up to £100 - £8.50

Orders over £100 - £10

 

Overnight Courier (4pm next business day) £15.00

Please note orders must be placed before 3pm

Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday won't arrive until Tuesday but before 3pm they will arrive Monday

 

Please note that all matchboxes must be delivered by courier as they cannot be sent out via post. Please ensure you select the courier option at checkout to avoid any delays on your order.

We will contact you via email when your order is ready for collection from our South Kensington studio.

 

Opening hours 10:00 - 18:00  Monday - Friday

 

For same day collection call us to enquire.

 

Orders collected from our studio can be paid in cash.
